About Dubai Precast LLC
Our History and Roots
Dubai Precast LLC was founded in 2006 by Eastern Pretech Pte Ltd and Ascorp Holdings PSC.
NSL Group
Eastern Pretech is a key business unit and wholly-owned subsidiary of SGX listed NSL Ltd. NSL and its group of companies is a leading industrial group in the Asia Pacific. The Group has four main businesses: Construction Products, Environmental Services, Engineering and Chemicals.
Eastern Pretech Pte Ltd
Eastern Pretech Pte Ltd is one of South East Asia's largest industry players in precast concrete and dry-mix plaster & mortar products since 1982. EP Group has nine strategic manufacturing facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, U.A.E. and Europe. The strength of the group lies in its competent in-house Engineering design team with capabilities to assist and advise engineers and builders in the design of building projects using precast concrete elements.
Ascorp Holdings
ASCORP Holdings PSC is a leading, privately owned general investment company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the UAE. The activities of the group have covered various areas and over the years, the strategy has steadily grown towards forming the organization that ASCORP Holdings PSC is today.

Dubai Precast LLC is a manufacturer of a full range of precast building components including the provision of a full range of services from conceptualization and after sales services. With the aim of leading the way in the United Arab Emirates toward highly industrialized construction practices. Our manufactured structural and architectural products revolutionize the traditional building by achieving speed and quality at competitive costs.
Our Mission
We believe that innovative, industrially produced construction solutions will further continue their breakthrough in the U.A.E. Together with our strong local know-how and international background, Dubai Precast will be an important contributor in this development as the country continues its rapid expansion.
Assets
Our Office and factory is located in Jabel Ali Industrial area 3 and is spread over an area of 400,000 Sq. ft. We have an annual production capacity of 350,000 Square meters of Hollow core slabs and 100,000 Cubic meters of various reinforced concrete elements like wall panels, slabs, beams, columns and staircases.
Dubai Precast LLC is growing rapidly and already employs more than 600 people, including a large technical team and some of the most experienced professionals in the market.
