High Rise Towers Projects

Precast is used in many ways on high-rise projects.  Most commonly,  hollow core slabs or solid slabs are used for flooring structures.  With the exception of shear walls, most other buildings have also been precast in our reference projects.

Our group companies worldwide have built up to 30-storey buildings in full precast even in the most tough seismic areas.

Rak Bank - RAK

High-rise office buildings are a prime type of building where hollow core slabs are widely used in conjunction with other structures.  In this project,  the frames were cast in concrete on site, and hollow core slabs were used for flooring.

Hollow core slabs are commonly used in high-rise buildings in Dubai.  Armada Tower is an example of such projects.

Nilona Tower - Dubai

The facades of the Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf and Executive Apartments are precast exposed colored aggregate panels.  The intricate patterns and architectural details are realised using two different shades of precast concrete.  In several cases,  the panels are made of two colors and in some cases,  there are two layers of cladding.

Amazingly enough,  most of the details and architectural shapes are concrete in this case. It is definitely one of the most challenging precast projects carried out in the UAE.  It has become a real landmark and will remain one of the most prestigious precast projects in Dubai.
