Nakheel Harbour Car Park - Dubai
Right next to Sheikh Zayed Road near Ibn Battuta mall, the Nakheel Harbour metro station carpark is one of the largest car parking structures in Dubai.
It is fully precast with long-span hollowcore slabs, beams, columns, shear walls and staircases in precast. The construction period for the superstructure in precast was approximately six months.
Dragon Mart Multi-Storey Car Park - Dubai
The Dragon Mart extension includes a multi-storey car park which is built in precast. The components used are beams, columns, parapet walls and hollow core slabs.
